2. `dart format --set-exit-if-changed .` — all files correctly formatted
|

3. Full test suite green:

|
|
- dart test packages/kanban/test/
|
|
- dart test packages/mcp/test/
|
|
- dart test packages/cli/test/
|
|
4. `dart pub publish --dry-run` passes for all four packages
|
|
|
|
Fix any issues found. Do not proceed to publish until all four checks are clean.
